Capital Investors Realty has been a family owned and operated commercial real estate brokerage business since 1974. Initially founded in Houston, Texas we specialized in the brokerage and leasing of income producing properties; primarily apartments, shopping centers and office buildings.

After relocating to Phoenix, Arizona in 1987, we began concentrating on the brokerage of investment and development land throughout the Metropolitan Phoenix area.

Within the last ten years we have concentrated on the land markets surrounding the City of Surprise, Wittmann and Morristown, Arizona. We have sold thousands of acres in this region.

We have sold numerous development properties in the Loop 101 and Cave Creek Road corridor. These properties include the parcel purchased by U-Haul and the parcel which contains the 34,232 square foot office condominium development adjacent to U-Haul.
